Contiguous 48 states:

All orders will be charged for shipping because the weight of our products incur higher shipping fees in general. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that we do not currently ship to Hawaii and Alaska or to PO Boxes.

Our shipping team is typically able to process and ship orders within 1-3 business days. All orders are shipped either DHL via USPS, FedEx SmartPost, or FedEx Ground depending on the weight of your package. We do not currently offer expedited shipping, guaranteed shipping timelines, or alternate shipping options. Orders will arrive typically within 3-10 business days, however, all mail carriers have been experiencing longer than usual delays so please allow for extra time to receive your order.

While we cannot make product changes after an order has been placed, depending on how far along your order is in the fulfillment process, we may be able to assist in shipping address updates or order cancellation requests. Please note there is a narrow window of time to adjust an order after it has been placed and therefore the request cannot be guaranteed. Email us at  to make your request and we will respond within 48 hours. Once an order has been fulfilled by our warehouse, we cannot edit the shipping address or cancel the order.

International Orders:

Your shipping rate will be calculated at checkout after you enter a valid international address for. Currency is collected in USD and an exchange rate will apply. Please note orders shipping internationally may take an additional amount of time to deliver.

Due to ongoing unrest in the area, we have currently suspended shipping to Ukraine and Russia. We are hoping for everyone’s safety and will be checking back on the matter.
